Our highly-trained Mystery Shoppers, will go through a full ‘Patient Journey’ that includes an initial phone call, scheduling an appointment, the consultation, presentation of a treatment plan and the follow ups that are conducted afterwards. A comprehensive 20 page questionnaire (approx. 25o observations) will determine your levels of excellence and areas of improvement. Please note, each report can take up to 75-90 days to be completed with a maximum of four reports per year.
We highly recommend at least two Mystery Shopping experiences per year, the average of which will count towards your accreditation level and will help us customize your action plan to begin you on your road to success.
