MyFaceMyBody Global Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement, when accepted by the applicant and Handi Media constitutes a binding contract between MyFaceMyBody, the Handi Media Group and the individual or entity executing the page of this agreement.

Membership rights, privileges and obligations commence when the first payment has been made.


Any and all membership privileges obtained through this membership agreement may be revoked or changed at any time with prior notice to member.

At any point during this contract the Member may change their membership titles or upgrade their membership level with prior written notice to Handi Media. If costs increase occurs during membership change the member will be responsible for costs occurred.

Member agrees they meet all membership requirements and will notify company if any requirements are not met during the time of the agreement term.

Member information will be documented as below but may be updated or changed at any point of agreement term.

Term and Termination

This contract is for an initial fixed-term period of twelve months and is a rolling contract.

If you wish to terminate this contract at the end of the initial fixed-term period, you must do so in writing no sooner than two months and no later than one month before the anniversary of the contract.

This agreement shall remain in effect until one or more of the following occur:

  • Member fails to meet any requirements of membership.
  • Company files for bankruptcy or ceases to do business.
  • Membership is cancelled following the steps outlined in the Membership cancellation policy.


As part of your MyFaceMyBody membership your practice will be fully audited up to 4 times per year ( depending on membership level).

MyFaceMyBody will issue a Voucher(s) to our mystery shopper to redeem against any consultation charges incurred as part of your practice policy and procedures.

Your practice authorises acceptance of any Voucher(s), as full payment for consultation services to the mystery shopper and agrees to reimburse any pre payments taken through the booking process.

Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for any services other than consultation.


Except under extenuating circumstances, any and all communications in regards to this contract shall be delivered either personally or by email to the email address entered on the above membership registration form. All member notices will be delivered by forms deemed necessary by [Handi Media].


Without prior written approval no portion of this contract may be transferred or sold to any party not participating in this membership agreement.

No Warranties

No warranties are given or implied by this membership agreement.

Effectiveness and Interpretation of Agreement

Any and all legal proceedings sustained from this agreement shall be set in the jurisdiction of your country/state as agreed between parties. This membership agreement sets forth the entire understanding of above mentioned agreement and unless otherwise stated is not inclusive of any oral or prior written agreements. Any modifications or changes to this agreement must be in written form and approved by both parties.

Member Disclaimer and Release

MyFaceMyBody, the Handi Media Group and its/their contractors do not provide liability insurance for the protection of businesses or individuals or others who may become a Member and/or participate in our membership subscription and its benefits and offerings. In particular the Member is aware that your membership subscription may involve the participation by the Member in certain customer service evaluations and undisclosed examination of your business customer service delivery during the term of this contract or your membership (hereafter “Mystery Shopper Service”). In consideration for becoming a Member and participating in the Mystery Shopper Service the Member, individual, business, organization or other (collectively the “Participant”) does hereby release and forever discharge MyFaceMyBody, the Handi Media Group and their affiliates and their respective officers, directors, agents, contractors and employees (collectively “Releasees”) jointly and severally from any and all actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any loss, damage, reputational damage or impact, resultant loss of custom or income which hereafter may be sustained related to (i) the participation by a Member in the Mystery Shopper Service; and (ii) the negligence or other acts, whether directly connected to these activities or not, caused by the Member (or the Member’s officers, directors, agents, contractors or employees) or by the handling or mishandling by the Member of the results or reports arising from the Mystery Shopper Service.

Warning and Acknowledgement of Risks

Member hereby acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in the Mystery Shopper Service with knowledge of this disclaimer and release and the risks involved in the Mystery Shopper Service including (but not limited to) the mishandling by Member or others of the information and reports that may be provided to you through the Mystery Shopper Service and you agree to assume any and all risks of damage, loss injury whether those risks are known or unknown.

This release extends to and covers and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected damages, loss, injury and liability and the consequences thereof as well as any now disclosed and known to exist.
