  1. Confidence

This is an attribute that can be found amongst almost every business owner or manager at any given field. If people are to look up to you and follow you, you need to exude confidence. Be secure and trust in your decisions. Don’t let others sway you easily, but at the same time be receptive to what people say. On a similar note, grasp the concept that no one else perceives you the way that you perceive yourself and disregard your anxious inhibitions. Once you remain conscious of these core concepts and apply them you will begin to build unbreakable confidence in everything that you do!

Charisma is probably one of the most useful and important characteristics that a leader or employer can have. It’s magnetic and people will not only be drawn to your words, but they’ll also feel more inclined to get things done for you and  more efficiently. A lot of people believe you have to be born with it, but you can actually cultivate charisma by working on a certain facets, such as being a good listener, smiling genuinely, listening to people and giving feedback, maintaining eye contact when talking to anyone and most importantly: always speak well of people to others whether they’re around or not. Eventually people will learn that you’re speaking about them behind their back, but with only positive things to say. This will speak volumes about your character and people will feel more inclined to trust you and listen to you. Remember to never break this image or trust once it’s earned!

Your company and employees rely on you to have the ability to make quick and competent decisions on the fly that will steer the company and its workers closer to success.
