Stephen Handisides, from MyFaceMyBody, said: “It wasn’t that long ago when it could have been seen as an insult to buy a loved one a cosmetic provedure for Valentines. However, the rise of the popularity of non invasive procedures and the growing popularity of enhancing procedures in the media, have ended that. Having a cosmetic procedure is an aspirational and highly desirable thing.

“I wouldn’t stop anyone having a procedure – as long as the correct consultation has taken place and there has been no pressure on either person in to having the procedure.
