Tara Palmer-Tomkinson’s coke-ravaged nose has been an embarassment to her for years. In 2006 she had a nose job which went a long way to rectifying the damage from a £400-a-day coke habit. The £6000 operation “worked a treat” she said at the time, but she failed to follow her surgeon’s advice post-op. Now her nose leans to the right.
She explained: “I took the cast off too early and my surgeon was furious. You have to maintain your surgery.
“One filler injection makes it completely straight but you’re supposed to have the injection every three months though and I regret that I didn’t.
“[Now] my nose doesn’t look like it did.”
Following the death of her surgeon the socialite and former babysitter of Princes William and Harry went on the hunt for a new surgeon in the run up to William and Kate’s wedding. She wanted her nose to look straighter in the photographs and told friends: “If I can get my nose fixed for the wedding that would be ideal.”
It seems Tara found a surgeon she felt comfortable with and she is reported to have had £650 worth of fillers injected into her nose to improve the line.
