What makes him tick, what grooming tips can we learn from him and how does he get the red carpet look so right all the time?

What’s hot in the world of beauty at the moment?

Male grooming is really taking off. More and more men are becoming aware that by performing some small routines they can look younger and fell better for longer. For example, manicures for men, skincare and non-invasive treatments such as dermal filler injections have never had so many men having them as they are in 2014. For women this year it’s all about fat transfer – taking fat from where it’s not wanted, such as your thighs, and putting it were it is needed – such as to plump out wrinkles.

Do you have a beauty regime to share?

I have to move fast from one job to another which means I need to keep my regime short but effective. A decent moisturiser with sunscreen and proven ingredients is essential. I like Neo Strata Skin Active range because there is a science behind how they work.

What are your top tips for looking great?

I like to substitute herbal tea for coffee and keep my hair looking sharp – a good haircut goes a long way in making a man look younger, healthier and sexier.   I enjoy going out for dinner and having drinks with friends so I make sure to cut out the carbs during the day.  Chicken with Kale and spinach is my favourite for lunch and so quick to make.

If you told me one secret beauty tip what would it be?

Getting a bespoke suit was the best thing I have ever invested in. The perfect fit it provides means I look slim, fit and well groomed.   I constantly get comments from colleagues and I am frequently featured in the press about the different suits I am wearing.  I get all my suits tailored by Lydia Folkes at Perfectly Attired.

What is your favourite pamper treatment?

Try a salt cave. They are quietly becoming popular because they are a powerful, relaxing, natural treatment where a natural salt cave microclimate treats respiratory and skin conditions and strengthens your immune system.

How do you keep so fit – what’s the best way to stay in shape?

I love yoga and also try to complete a short, sharp circuit training session three times a week.

What’s most important to you when it comes to looking good?

You don’t need to spend hundreds of pounds but buying a decent skin care regime is really important. Dashing around London – in pollution, heat, cold and UV rays means that your skin takes a real beating. With a decent skincare regime – cleansing and moisturising twice a day is very important.
