Rihanna’s Workout Secrets Revealed

The man behind keeping one of the world’s most famous bodies has revealed some of the secrets to Rihanna’s success. could a non-mega-famous person learn anything from them?

Harley Pasternak says the star usually works out at least three times a week for around 25 minutes. He says she does cycling, skipping, stationary jogging and jumping jacks as part of her regular cardio routine.

However, when she is on location for a length of time, she will often increase her workouts to five times a week and up her cardio work from 10 to 30 minutes a day.

Of course, it’s not all hard work on the tredmill (as this picture the Umbrella star Tweeted recently).

Rihanna’s svelt figure is also down to her diet. I’m told the singer eats lots of protein, including bean-based foods, and tries to eat five small meals a day.

The great news is that most of Rihanna’s exercise routines are done in her hotel room or backstage before a show. It means that we can follow her advice (and hopefully copy her fitness levels) by exercising little and often. Although the work out may only be 30 minutes in time, make those minutes count by ensuring they are high intensity.
