Celebrity Big Brother’s Georgia Salpa revealed to fellow housemates that she wants cosmetic surgery on her lips, nose and cheekbones.
The Irish lingerie model said she wanted bigger lips, a smaller nose and better cheekbones and would be willing to go under the knife to enhance her looks.
Playboy twins Kristina and Karissa Shannon brought up the topic of cosmetic surgery, urging Salpa to consider getting breast enhancement surgery and a nose job.
But the other housemates attempted to talk her out of the idea. Glamour model Nicola McLean said she could understand her reasons for wanting cosmetic surgery but told her she did not need it because she was already "perfect".
However, the Irish Daily Mirror reported that Salpa may have turned to injectibles in the past to boost her lips to their pillowy proportions.
The model’s manager Dave Read told the newspaper: "I've asked her about her boobs and they are real but she always winks when I ask her if she's had her lips done.
"She's a beautiful girl, inside and out, and everyone seems to be obsessed with her boobs but they're real. And yeah, maybe she has had a cheeky injection in her lips."
He added: "I'm not an expert in these things but there must be something in the milk in Dublin.”
Salpa faces the boot from Celebrity Big Brother for the second time after all the housemates except the Shannon twins nominated her to face the public vote on Wednesday.
The 26-year-old, who once dated tabloid playboy Calum Best, is up against current favourite to win the series, actor Michael Madsen, who is best known for his role in Reservoir Dogs.
