How Are We Different?
Therapy House opened in 2007 and since then the team have helped hundreds of people to improve their appearance and confidence. As Clinical Director and member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses, Dawn ensures the clinic provides the most advanced and safe cosmetic treatments that are clinically tried and tested.
Therapy House is registered with IHAS which is the Register of Injectable Cosmetic Providers and is a quality assurance mark. We are also registered with the Quality Care Commission.
Our Clinical Director, Dawn Attewell, is a highly experienced, NHS-trained Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner and only works with select professionals who are equally highly qualified in their fields.

Dawn Attewell, Clinical Director
Dawn Attewell founded Therapy House in 2007 after many years’ experience in the health field. Having gained her Bsc Hons in Nursing Studies in 2000, she went on to study for an Msc in Clinical Nursing at the University of Manchester. At the same time, she was able to acquire further experience as a prescribing Medicine Nurse Clinician at the Royal Preston Hospital. Dawn is also a member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses. Dawn is currently studying for her Masters in Cosmetic Nursing.
It was in 2005 that she began to specialise in aesthetic treatments and is now highly qualified in non-surgical cosmetic procedures. Coupled with her extensive medical experience with the NHS, this has established Dawn as a leading Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner not only in the North West but further afield, too. Dawn was recently sponsored by Allergan to attend the European congress on anti ageing and aesthetic medicine in Paris.
In April 2011 Dawn was appointed to the Board of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses.
Dawn Attewell has also been appointed on the Governance Group for IHAS representing Royal College of Nursing and the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses.
