Philosophy
Trained in both United Kingdom and the USA David R Gateley is one of the country’s leading plastic surgeons. With over 20 years of plastic surgery experience he is Head of Department of Plastic Surgery at St George’s Hospital Medical School in south west London.
Privately his practice is based in Harley Street, Wimbledon and Kingston. We offer consultations and treatments to suit you, both for surgical and non surgical solutions. Every patient approach is treated by first assessing general health and then specifically a focused assessment of the problem and appropriate solutions. Managing a patient’s expectations honestly and with sensitivity is the key to a happy, satisfied outcome. To this end more than one preoperative consultation is often required. Any extra visits are absorbed into the initial consultation fee. Time spent getting this part of the journey right is always worth it.
Our areas of specialist surgical expertise include facelift surgery, breast surgery and body contour surgery including liposuction.
We are able to use our nurses and aestheticians at our medical spa (www.nakedhealth.co.uk) to primarily treat or compliment any surgery required. This allows us to offer a complete package of care to the benefit of all our patients.
