Cosmecare
Philosophy
Cosmecare was founded in 2000 aimed at forming links between beauty salons and surgeons. The clinic moved out of Bedford Place in Southampton in 2007 and now operates in Fareham.
Liz Bardolph BSc RGN RM FRSPH INP is the Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner.
As well as running Cosmecare I am also working with my professional organisation to improve standards in aesthetic nursing. In addition I have, and will continue to contribute to, the course material for the new accredited post graduate Diploma in Aesthetic Medecine at the University of Greenwich. In 2008 my colleagues and I were recognised for this work by winning a national award.
I am a member of the British Association of Sclerotherapists and am working with a vascular surgeon for the treatment of leg thread veins.
