Delivery and Returns

Shipping to the UK is free on all orders*.  UK delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.   If the good have not arrived within this time, please allow at least 15 working days for delivery before contacting us, as we will not be able to give you any more details until we have spoken with Royal Mail.

* FREE delivery applies to UK customers who spend £140.00 or more, per order, otherwise a standard £4.50 will be charged to your order.

In the unlikely event that a product that you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately.  We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.

Returns Policy & Procedure
Returns:
Notification of any damage or shortages in delivered goods should be made within 24 hours of their receipt or email us at shop@myfacemybody.com

Cancellation/Refund policy:
You have the right to cancel your order at anytime within 7 working days following receipt of your goods. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us at shop@myfacemybody.com and we will give you instructions in how to return the unopened and unused goods to us.

Refused & Undeliverable Packages:
All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present/failure to claim will be refunded minus any delivery costs MyFaceMyBody has incurred in sending the products out to you.
