The main risk of lipodissolve injections is that its safety as a cosmetic treatment is not known. The MHRA has concerns about it being injected subcutaneously and causing allergic reactions. The treatment has also been known to cause lumps under the skin at the injection site; redness and itching and infection. If you are concerned about unwanted fat you are best advised to speak to a cosmetic medical practitioner about alternative treatments such as mesotherapy, radio frequency, ultrasound and laser lipolysis.
