Before Dermabrasion

They will discuss your medical history with you and conduct a routine examination. You will be given a consent form to sign to say you understand the procedure and the risks and benefits involved. Make sure you read this and all the associated material very carefully. Your dermabrasion surgeon may also take photographs of your face to use as a before and after comparison later. You will be told to avoid taking aspirin and other medications that affect blood clotting.
