Expert: Jonathan Peck
Jonny Peck is our Health and Fitness professional. With several years of experience in the fitness industry, his speciality is weight loss and fat reduction with an interest in muscle building and body sculpting.
As a personal trainer and sports massage therapist, Jonny also has extensive knowledge of sports rehabilitation working closely with experienced physiotherapists in one of the country’s leading Virgin Active gyms.
He has a specific client base of sports professionals who come to him for both pre-season conditioning and post injury rehabilitation.
For Jonny fitness is about a habitual lifestyle change altering outlook staying healthy so that it doesn’t just help you attain your goals, it helps you maintain them.
Expert: Ariyan
Ariyan has been involved in the athletics and fitness industry for many years. After obtaining his 1st Dan Black Belt in Kung Fu at the tender age of 15, he went on to win multiple medals and awards nationwide in various Martial Arts competitions. He now uses his Kung Fu discipline and fitness education to help train people for many functions; from achieving weight-loss to running for a marathon to getting that lean beach body.
A lack of results, or constantly hitting a wall and plateauing, is what deflates the motivation of most people which is why Ariyan’s approach to personal training is fresh, fun and results driven. He believes by keeping regular track of progress you constantly hit small targets and before you know it you’ve smashed your ultimate goal.
Ariyan currently trains at the Fitness First Black Label Club – Thomas More Square in London and also trains people in the comfort of their own home within the vicinity of Central London.

Kim is a qualified Nutritionist and has worked in the field of health, nutrition and food for over ten years.
She is regularly featured in the press providing articles and professional opinions to female glossy magazines, sports specific titles and national papers. She has worked with TV production companies, high profile individuals and Olympic athletes as well as corporate organisations and academic institutes to educate on the importance of nutrition in health, wellbeing and beauty.
Kim loves food and cooking and believes healthy eating should be simple, practical and tasty, as well as improving your health and looks.
