Derived from the botulinum toxin poison type A, Botox is a brand name for a  diluted preparation of botulinum used in numerous
medical and cosmetic applications. It is also sold under the names
Dysport and Myobloc. Botox is most widely known for its use in removing
wrinkles.

While the botulinum toxic itself is highly poisonous
and even deadly, the same toxin in smaller doses can be used to
treat a variety of conditions. Botox is most widely known for its use in
removing wrinkles.

Botox
was first used in medicine to treat strabismus, a condition in which a
person's eyes do not align normally, and blepahrospasm, or uncontrolled
blinking.

Does Botox Work?

Botox
does work to lessen the appearance of wrinkles, but this effect is
temporary and has a host of risks attached, including paralysis of the
wrong muscles and changes in facial expressions. So is Botox a fountain
of youth or just poison injected into your face? Like so many things in
life, the answer isn't black and white, and while this answer many not
satisfy some readers, both are true to a certain extent.

you can get cosmetics treatments like Botox, Lip enhancements thru Dermal Filling as young as 30 years of age. If you really feel that you need one, then go ahead. It's your body anyways however, we should also learn to love and accept what God has given us. Be contented.

Botox  Cosmetic is a
good wrinkle eraser – for certain areas – that lasts 4-6 months. A proven and
safe injectable medication, Botox blocks muscle contraction and hence reduces
creases in the skin attached to the underlying muscle.

Botox does good work on the horizontal forehead lines, the
vertical lines between the eyebrows and crow’s feet around the outer part of
the eye that reach toward the temples.

Now the question as to “when the best age to start is…”
really depends on what you see when you look into the mirror. In hot, sunny
countries the sun brings on skin damage early – especially on unprotected skin.
There are some patients in their late 20s and early 30s who have significant
wrinkling on the forehead, between the eyebrows and “squint lines” around the
eyes.

Most practitioners therefore say that age itself is never
the governing factor in the decision for Botox. It's difficult
to give precise age limits because we all age at varying rates. Botox works
best in the younger age group but that doesn't stop ladies in their 70s having
Botox injections with good results.

Bridge2Aid

More than 70% of the world's population have no access to the simplest of dental pain relief, leaving billions to face a daily battle with pain in the toughest of life circumstances.

Bridge2Aid was founded as a response to this terrifying problem, by providing access to dental pain relief and to help the millions of people suffering in the developing world. Focussing on sustainability, and with the help of dentists and nurses from the UK, they train more than 48 health workers each year with plans for expansion. Because of this work, an estimated 1.7 million people now live within reach of someone who can help them when they have dental pain.

Bridge2Aid sends around 120 volunteer dentists and nurses from the UK out to East Africa to help train local health workers in basic extraction techniques. This is an area where people have no access to pain relief, leaving millions in pain, and often it lasts years - leaving people unable to work and feed their families.

There are Clinical Officers in place who look after around 20,000 people and dress wounds, deliver babies etc but they don't have any dental training - so this is where we come in! They have 1 week theory and then spend 2 weeks of intensive hands-on training time with our volunteers. If they "pass" the programme, they are given all the equipment they will need to care for their own communities.
