The winner takes it all in cosmetic surgery draw

Individuals who are keen to have cosmetic surgery but cannot afford to do so are flocking to a New Jersey casino in the hope of winning a procedure.
The Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City, which is owned by tycoon Donald Trump, is offering its customers the chance to win a $25,000 cash prize to put towards a selection of cosmetic surgery procedures of their choice.
According to the casino, there will be one lucky winner chosen in the Nip, Tuck and Lift Sweepstakes, who will be selected from the casino's clients throughout October.
Players will pick up credits toward the contest every time they visit the casino during the month. The final draw to confirm the winner – who must be present at the time – will be carried out on site on 29 October.
Kathleen McSweeney, Trump Entertainment Resorts senior vice president of marketing, told Digital Spy, “We wanted to change the face of a typical casino promotion and with this one we are literally doing it.”
“Many people have something they want to change; a nip and tuck here, a lift there, but the cost of these procedures can be quite costly. This promotion will allow the winner the opportunity to get the procedures of their choice,” added Ms McSweeney.
The winner of the Nip, Tuck and Lift Sweepstakes will be able to select from a range of cosmetic surgery favourites, including tummy tucks, botox, liposuction, eyelid surgery, buttock implants and – the one that is expected to be the most sought-after procedure – breast augmentation.
