Celebrity Big Brother: Darryn Lyons’ Liposuction Six-Pack
Celebrity Big Brother contestant Darryn Lyons shows how cosmetic surgery can enhance a man’s body and there’s not a sit-up or bell-bar in sight.
Lyons has had Vaser body contouring. A procedure which he calls the “male version of a boob job”. The pink mohicaned Australian said on the show last week that he reckoned it could become as common place for men as breast augmentation was for women.
And the paparazzi boss loves his new-look body so much, he’s invested in the company that created it.
The 46-year-old is co-director and the main investor in firm Body Contour and after his stint in the Big Brother house for Channel Five, will be concentrating on bringing the procedure to the UK.
The Vaser 6-pack impressed fellow contestant, Paddy Doherty, so much he said: “It’s the bees’ knees.”
So what is Vaser?
Vaser is a minimally invasive procedure that uses a gentle ultrasound probe to emulsify and remove large or small areas of fat. It has had excellent results on the chin, neck, arms, chest, breasts, waist, love handles, stomach, hips, thighs, buttocks, knees and ankles.
How does Vaser Lipo work?
The selected area to be reshaped is filled with a specific type of saline solution numbing the area and shrinking the blood vessels. This helps reduce bruising. It also makes it easier for the fatty tissue to be broken up by the ultrasound energy. A small probe is inserted into the selected area and ultrasound energy is transmitted (similar to that used for cataract removal from the eye) to break up fatty tissue while preserving other important tissues. Finally, a gentle suction process removes the liquefied fat whilst keeping damage to the surrounding tissue at a minimum.
What body areas can be treated with Vaser?
Any part of the body can be treated. Particularly popular areas include: abdomen, love handles, male chests, buttocks, hips, thighs, knees, back, arms, chin and neck areas.
