“Tired of Looking Tired” Jane Fonda Has Plastic Surgery
Jane Fonda, the 73-year-old actress famous for her fitness videos, has admited that she has had plastic surgery after getting fed-up of looking tired when she didn’t feel tired.
“I had plastic surgery on my jawline and under my eyes,” she told the Mail on Sunday. “I finally got tired of looking tired when I wasn’t, and I wanted to be able to continue working as an actor in a field where it’s hard to work if you’ve not had any ‘work’ done.”
Sensibly the Hollywood star, who won a Best Actress Oscar for he role in the movie Coming Home, has “kept a few cherished lines.”
“I don’t think I look like someone else, but my face is less droopy, and that makes me feel better,” she added.
Fonda’s treatment on her eyes is called blepharoplasty. This extremely popular cosmetic surgery procedure removes fat, excess muscle and skin in order to improve the appearance of wrinkles, bags and droopy lids that make the face appear old and tired. The skin around the eye area is very thin and is one of the first areas on the face to show the signs of ageing, so perking up the peepers with this cosmetic surgery procedure can refresh the appearance of the face and leave you looking years younger.
The procedure to tighten her jawline, a facelift, or rhytidectomy, is a popular cosmetic surgery treatment for smoothing sagging facial skin. A face lift tackles skin that has lost elasticity with age, and is ideal for men or women who are concerned with deep wrinkles and loose skin on the lower two-thirds of the face.
