As summer descends and bikini’s, swimsuits and low cut summer tops come out, more of our skin is displayed. The breast and chest area needs a little care every day to keep skin smooth and maintain the beautiful curved form. So read these tips several times and … use them!

Tip 1 – Choose a good bra and wear it all day. It is important to support the chest by a bra well cut that budget without too much compression.
Tip 2 – For sport or the gym, it is advisable to wear a special sports bra, one that absorbs shock well and gives maximum support. I always say the thicker the strap on sports bra, the better the support.
Tip 3 – Take cold showers! If you’re brave enough allow cold water to fall onto your chest area for a small amount of time, (the colder the better), hot water tends to soften skin, therefore try to cold blast or cold jet the chest area at the end of a bath shower to tone the skin of the chest and breast area.
Tip 4 – Incorporate scrubs and exfoliation as part of your daily shower/bath routine, doing so to the breasts and décolleté will stimulate blood circulation and activate cell renewal, as well as leave skin, fresher and softer, Massage in circular movements with a smooth cream or a bag of ice for the most courageous!.
Tip 5 – Gym and sports are fine but can be harsh to your breast – so even if you regularly workout, try to avoid aggressive high impact sports.
